Continuous growth has been driven by the White Label Solutions division, making WFS a “hidden champion” in the food industry and placing WFS products in refrigerated sections across Germany. Recent milestones include cutting-edge production techniques and a modern machinery park, such as Sous Vide, HPP, and range expansions to meet current food trends like organic, halal, or vegan products.
Despite all modernity, WFS remains committed to traditional success factors: reliable services like 48-hour delivery, personalized order processing by competent service staff, and a genuine passion for high-quality food.
Founded in 1974 as a small meat processing business, WFS has developed over the past decades into a respected premium food service partner for first-class hotels, fine dining restaurants, and demanding airlines. Today, 70 employees in production, development, sales, and logistics cater to the diverse and individual needs of over 400 WFS clients.
WFS’s recipe for success has always combined exceptional service with constant adaptation to new food and service trends. While the product range initially consisted exclusively of meat, sausage, and ham products, today 10% of the portfolio is dedicated to service products around breakfast, such as gravlax, fruit salads, and juices.
